*The tournament will be aired as a one hour special on the Outdoor Channel,  I was fortunate as my friend Eric, videographer with TOC was with us a great deal of time and filmed all 3 of my fish as I fought them.

A great shot for our sponsors Shimano and G. Loomis , the Shimano reels and G. Loomis rods performed flawlessly and were a real pleasure to use. Having been on five different boats during the tournament I saw that Shimano reels were definitely the reel of choice by the boat Captains. Other sponsors include: Surefire, Ken Onion Knives (Kershaw), Under Armour and Sperry Top-Sider.

A fantastic tournament all around, 4th place after carrying 2nd for the first few days out of 24 teams. We did end up taking 1st for the most Marlin caught and released.

Next year's tournament will not come soon enough!
