A large group of hogs from high up in a tree stand.
![]() This is where I was busted! The cream colored Texas hog in front stared me down for appx 10 secs. and then they all ran back into the woods. |
![]() A different group of hogs. I was walking towards the stand and out of nowhere this group just took over this feeder. I was crouching behind some limbs in full camo, I was on a photo safari this time and they gave me some great shots.
Another shot of hogs |

![]() Retired PVA President Joe Fox and Son Joe Jr with their pair of Texas hogs. Joe came down to meet with the outfitter and evaluate the property for wheelchair hunters. As you might imagine Joe gave the property a big thumbs up. Joe only had time for an afternoon meeting and one evening hunt so being real selective was not an option if meat was to go into the freezer. Joe has scheduled a return trip for his wall hanger.

I have been working with these guides to make this hunting opportunity wheelchair accessible the best they could given the terrain. Ground blinds and Atv's make most feeders accessible and as you can see the hogs are here. Ladder and climbing stands are strategically placed for able bodied hunters as well. If interested call Scott at the number above. |
